Our referral process is fast, efficient and as simple as possible. All you need to do is complete the secure online form on our website and upload any relevant radiographs. Our team will then contact the patient to arrange their initial appointment. Following the appointment, the patient receives a detailed treatment plan including estimated costs. Once treatment is complete, the patient is referred back to your care and we inform you via letter of the work that has been carried out. We know that many dentists prefer to carry out the restorative side of implant work themselves, however if you prefer us to carry out the restorative phase of treatment and return the patient to you once finished, we are happy to do so.
